Emulator error: Failed to Save the Document
Problem: Your MS3270 or MS5250 emulator returns the following error when you start it: Failed to save the document.
Solution: Check that the following conditions exist:
- You have permission to read from and write to the emulator’s installation directory and subdirectories. The default directories are C:\Minisoft\MS3270 and C:\Minisoft\MS5250.
- The drive on which the emulator is installed has available storage space.
